60'S

60'S

This model belongs to the Jolie Mode collection, a line of watches that over the years was a synonym of femininity bearing the Philip Watch signature.

It is an authentic jewel of a timepiece, completely made of silver. It presents a very particular aesthetic, the result of a creativity in constant effervescence that sprang up in Italy in the 1960’s. The case, with a small, thin shape as the canons of the period favored for ladies’ models, develops directly on the thick chain bracelet that terminates in a clasp with very wide bracket-type lugs. A watch conceived and realized to be an accessory of value for women of the period who had a decisive unconventional style, but without neglecting the attention to technical details typical of Philip Watch such as the hand-wound automatic movement set on a compact case with a functional anti-dust screw-down crown. The silver Jolie Mode represents a source of pride for the Philip Watch collection, demonstrating a study and an attention to innovative design details also for its women’s models.
