Born from a Swiss watchmaker who moved to Naples, François Philippe, the brand reflects the cosmopolitan environment it was created in.
The architectural beauty and works of art that surrounded Phillipe inspired him to design Philip Watch watches, which he then produced in Jura, Switzerland, the most advanced region for the manufacturing of high-precision mechanisms.
His first workshop was born in the city of La-Chaux-de-Fonds: this was where watches designed in Italy came to life, complete with precise and reliable mechanisms.
In over 160 years of history many things have changed, but the formula of Swiss technology and Italian design has remained unaltered.
